Rock The Bells is an annual hip hop festival that took place in California, until just recently when it was announced that the festival travel to multiple locations. The first Rock The Bells festival was held in 2004, and featured a re-united Wu-Tang Clan, who performed 4 months before Ol' Dirty Bastard's death. A documentary about the birth of the Rock The Bells Festival and the Wu Tang Clan was made in 2006 under the name Rock the Bells, which featured performances and behind-the-scenes footage of the event's near-disaster. Rock the Bells 2007 has three venues scheduled; July 28th and July 29th in New York, August 11th in San Bernardino, and August 18th in San Francisco.
