San Jose Sharks Information

The San Jose Sharks are a professional ice hockey team based in San Jose, California, United States.  For their first two seasons, the San Jose Sharks played at the Cow Palace in Daly City,
just outside San Francisco, a facility that the NHL and the Seals had rejected in 1967.  The San Jose Sharks entered the 2006-07 season as the youngest team in average age, as well as the biggest team in average weight, and they raced out to a 20-7-0 start, the best in franchise history.  On February 7th, 2010, San Jose Sharks acquired Niclas Wallin from the Carolina Hurricanes.
