The Minnesota Vikings have won their division 16 times, and became the first team to appear in four Super Bowls. The Minnesota Vikings played their 1st game at the Metrodome in a preseason matchup against Seattle on Aug. 21, 1982. The Minnesota Vikings won their first regular season game as they beat the Chicago Bears 37-13 on Opening Day 1961.
