Limp Bizkit Information

Along with Limp Bizkit's discoverers Korn, they are often credited with creating the nu metal genre and starting to widen its popularity. Although their first released single was Counterfeit, Limp Bizkit rose to fame through a cover of George Michael's Faith. Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water was released on the 17th of October 2000, selling over a million copies in the US in its first week of release. In 1999, Limp Bizkit found major worldwide success with their second album Significant Other, which debuted at number 1. Limp Bizkit is a rapcore/nu metal band from Jacksonville, Florida. Limp Bizkit were one of the most popular bands in the world during the late 90s, and their albums have sold over 30 million copies worldwide. The first single Nookie, was an enormous hit on rock radiofor Limp Bizkit, reaching the top 10 in both rock and rap charts. Though Limp Bizkit has enjoyed major success and sold well, they are often critically panned, particularly in recent years. Three Dollar Bill Y'All$, Limp Bizkit's first full length recording, was released in 1997 on Interscope.
