Jonny Lang Information
After more than ten years on the road, Jonny Lang has toured with and earned praise from luminaries such as the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, B.B. King, Jeff Beck, and Sting. At age 15, Jonny Lang released his debut solo album Lie to Me. In 1996, Jonny Lang released the critically acclaimed and multi-platinum album, Lie to Me on January 28th, 1997. In 1995, at the age of 14, Jonny Lang's first album was released; Smokin by Kid Jonny Lang and the Big Bang. Jonny Lang's second album, Wander This World, was released on October 20, 1998 and earned Jonny Lang a Grammy nomination. Jonny Lang's third album, Long Time Coming, was released October 14, 2003. Jonny Lang, born Jon Gordon Langseth, Jr. in Fargo, North Dakota, January 29, 1981, is an American blues guitarist and singer. Jonny Lang started playing the guitar at age twelve, after his dad took him to see the Bad Medicine Blues Band.
