At ACheapSeat.com we make it as easy as possible for you to find the event that
you are looking for. You can choose from the many search functions on our site.
If you cannot find an event then, in most cases, the tickets have not yet been
released for sale.
Search Features:
Site Wide Search - You can search for any event using our site search
function. This function is located near the top right hand side of our home page
at ACheapSeat.com
Venue Search - By using our Venue Guide Page. You can see an alphabetical
list of all the venues in the United States and Canada.
City Search - Just by visiting the City Guide Page and locating the city
that you are looking for, you can view all the tickets that ACheapSeat.com has
to offer you.

Shopping Cart
We have tailored our shopping cart to make your shopping experience with
ACheapSeat.com as easy as possible.
Check out in 3 easy steps:
1. Select Quantity - In our first step you select the quantity of tickets
that you would like. Select the amount of tickets from the drop down list
labeled "Quantity". Then press the "Buy" button.
2. Review Order - In this stage you will be able to verify that you have
chosen the correct event, date, and seat location that you want to buy.
After you have decided on your tickets, you need to select the shipping methods.
The subtotal and processing fee is shown. At the bottom of the page in red text
is where you will be able to see the total amount for your ticket purchase.
2a. Payment & Shipping - In this step you will be prompted to enter in
your billing information, credit card information and shipping information.
Enter your shipping information only if it differs from your billing
information. The next check box is required for any transaction. If you check
this box you are stating that you are familiar with ACheapSeat.com's Terms and
Conditions regarding your ticket purchase. PLEASE READ these policies before
buying if you are unsure of any part of your transaction. REMEMBER ALL SALES ARE
FINAL.
To send your order to our sales staff press the "Place Order" button.
Please note that we use VeriSign for all of our transactions (Versign provides
state-of-the-art security and peace of mind for your online transaction). We are
also a member of the BBBOnLine (Better Business Bureau Online). All information
that you enter into our shopping cart will only be used for the purpose of
completing your transaction. NO information will be sold or shared with anyone
else.
3. Confirmation/Authorization -
This page will show you a summary of your transaction. Please print this page
for your own records. One of our sales representatives will contact you via
e-mail or telephone with in 24hrs if there is any problems.
When asked by one of our representatives to print this form below, please fill out the information accordingly and fax it back to us at 708-535-8683 as soon as possible so we can process your order more quickly.
