Carrie Marie Underwood, born March 10, 1983 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, is an American country music singer who won the title of the fourth season of American Idol. On May 25, 2005, Carrie Underwood became the fourth winner of American Idol, beating Southern rocker Bo Bice.
