Alejandro Fernandez (born April 24, 1971) is a Mexican singer. His first public appearance was in 1977, when his father presented him on one of his shows; he was meant to perform the song "Alejandra". In 2001, Alejandro Fernandez recorded Orígenes, the single "Sin tantina pena" (a moved mariachi bolero) became an international hit. In 2009, Alejandro Fernandez's voice is the theme of Mañana es para siempre, the most successful Mexican soap opera of the year. Alejandro Fernandez was born in Mexico City and raised in Guadalajara.
